How much water should I use?
Mix a full 7g stick with 500–750 ml (about 16–20 oz) of water. Add more water for a lighter flavour, or a little less if you prefer it stronger.
Can I use half a stick?
Yes. Split one stick between two smaller bottles (250–375 ml / 8–10 oz each) for a lighter everyday serving. A 10-stick bag gives you 10 full-stick servings or up to 20 half-stick servings.
Does Just Add Phlow contain sugar or caffeine?
No. Just Add Phlow is sugar-free (0g sugar) and caffeine-free. The formula is sodium, potassium, magnesium, and chloride — plus natural flavours.
