How big is each stick pack?

Each stick is 7g. That gives you mixing flexibility:

- Full stick: Mix into 16–20 oz (500–750 ml) of water for one larger bottle.
- Half stick: Split one stick across two smaller bottles (8–10 oz / 250–375 ml each).

A full 10-stick bag can deliver 10 full-stick servings or up to 20 half-stick servings.

Each bag is $24.99 CAD and includes 10 × 7g stick packs. Subscriptions are $22.99 CAD per bag per month, or $65.97 CAD billed every three months for 3 bags (equivalent to $21.99 per bag). Each stick can be mixed as one larger bottle or split into two lighter servings — up to 20 half-stick servings (or 10 full-stick servings) per bag.
